With shipping commencing in May 2025, EFM managed a highly coordinated international move to meet a tight bump-in deadline of June 12, 2025, with the exhibition opening end of June, 2025.

To meet the last-mile deadline, EFM also coordinated urgent air freight from Melbourne to Heathrow, where it was received and transferred to the exhibition trucks for final delivery — bridging continents under a tight and fixed schedule.

 

Outcome:
