The Museum of the Future in Dubai, an architectural and cultural landmark, required the safe transportation, handling, and installation of delicate and valuable exhibition objects sourced globally. Coordinating the shipment and installation of numerous high-value and sensitive exhibition pieces from across multiple countries posed a complex logistical challenge.   • Conducting site surveys, preparing condition reports, and offering crate fabrication and packing services tailored to lender requirements
  • Managing airfreight shipments to Dubai, ensuring secure and timely transportation
  • Establishing a climate-controlled consolidation warehouse in Dubai for secure temporary storage
  • Deploying experienced EFM onsite crews to deliver and install exhibition objects with precision
  • Removing and storing empty crates to support efficient reinstallation or future logistics needs
